Partner Search Request: Training of the job seekers and employees or craftsmen to the trades of wood energy technician, France

Euroformation, France is looking for partners for an IEE2 project, as described below:

1. Context:

• Low utilisation rate of the wood energy
• Lack of trained staff to the trades of wood energy technician
• Limited coverage with fitters and maintenance agents

2. Goals:

• Identifying the employment potentials per inhabitant.
• Identifying the existing wood energy industries
• Determining the basic knowledge common to the trades of wood energy technician throughout Europe.
• Educational engineering of the wood energy technician training

3. Target:

• Job seekers, employees, craftsmen.

4. Partnership:

• Adult training organizations
• Public institutions in charge of professional training
• Public organization in charge of unemployed person
• Trade unions
• Private partners

5. EU added-value:

• Market study in each countries
• Modelling of a training architecture common to all the States on a minimum basis.
• Developing a training frame usable through EU
• Adaptation of a distance learning tool developed during an Equal project to spread the trainings

6. Transferability:

• Good practices database containing all the studies
• Expert exchanges
• Free access to the trainings
