Ortjohann (IBO), Germany is a private consulting company with more than 15 years of experience. It specialises in optimised building and system retrofitting employing renewable energy. IBO is looking for EU partners for an IEE project. IBO plans to lead a project with the objective to promote and increase energy efficiency in housing estates. A web based software tool should support analysises of innovative heating systems and help control those solutions for the housing industry. Best practise reports and rankings are the base of decision making for the future.
