Etelä-Pohjanmaan Energiatoimisto (Energy Agency of South Ostrobothnia), Finland is looking for partners for a project covering renewables, forest energy, heat containers, small-scale CHP. The project aims to:

• to increase use of renewables in the area
• to implement 5-50 buildings heating network to small villages
