ITEM, France, is looking for partners for a project that aims at increasing the transparency of regional real estate markets with particular references to energy certified buildings. In each involved region, all the actors of the building design and construction will be involved through an intensive programme of information and training. A high performance web-based information system will be implemented in each involved region in order to facilitate demand and offer matching of energy certified buildings.
Potential partners could include all actors of the building design and construction (planners, builders, installers, owners, sellers and purchasers).
