UKR-PETROL Company, one of the biggest companies in petroleum business in Ukraine, is looking for a business partner to build a plant (factory) for producing biodiesel from rapeseeds. They are looking for partner who is experienced in developing such Projects.

UKR-PETROL consists of a group of companies and has businesses involved in the following areas:

• PETROLEUM - Our company owns 60+ gas stations in 11 regions of Ukraine, 18 oil bases and has its own motor-vehicle pool. Their strategic partner in the oil business is Mazeikiu Nafta of Vilnius, Lithuania.
• AGRICULTURAL: The company owns 10,000 hectares of land from which 3,000 are available for immediate use for growing of rapeseed with the gradual increase of sowing areas. In 2007 over 820,000 hectares in Ukraine were used to grow rapeseed.Partnership relations with other agricultural companies working in Ukraine make it possible to have cheap raw material for biodiesel production in sufficient quantity. Annual turnover of the company is USD 160M+.
• CONSTRUCTION

The Company, with an Annual turnover of USD 160M+, has experience that enables it to minimize expenses of construction of such plant. Using company's connections in other businesses may lower the overall cost of operating the proposed biodiesel production business.
