The Renewable Energy Office for Cornwall wishes is to set up appropriate groups of renewable energy trade associations with financing institutions such as banks, agricultural and banking co-operatives and other financial institutions to stimulate renewable energy in rural areas.
The First stage is to research appropriate mechanisms including Peak Oil vulnerability using oil vulnerability audits. The Second stage is set up appropriate groups in the partner regions.
