In response to a IEE 2008 call for proposal, Hinicio, Belgium, would like to conduct a project that would consist in a communication and information campaign on export opportunities and strategies, as well as market developments for RES project developers, manufacturers and investors from the EU wanting to penetrate the Latin America Caribbean region.
Strong emphasis would be put on the opportunities that CDM projects offer.
