The City Council of León is looking, led by its Councillor of Environment, for partners (if possible experienced) to undertake a project focused on energy efficiency, audits and certification in public buildings, evaluation and implementation of energy policies and, eventually, climate change and Local Agenda 21. Through this action plan the City Council also hopes to make the public and citizens aware of energy efficiency and saving, serving itself as a model, and to get support and advice to local authorities and users.
