Harghita Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Romania, a non-profit organization, is interested in collaboration with other organizations on education and knowledge valorization for the benefit of SMEs in the energy sector. The Chamber's competences in the project could include the organization of workshops, seminars and meetings, know-how exchange, educational programmes and courses.
