Iscom Formazione is the Professional Training Centre of Ascom Confcommercio Fam Modena, the Association of SMEs (from Modena) in the sectors of trading, tourism, services and of handicraft.
It has been a point of reference for qualified training and advice addressed to small and medium sized businesses, since 1976, and has worked to train young people on emerging professional profiles and requests from the labour market and to raise the professionalism of managers, entrepreneurs and company employees to face the continuous challenges proposed by the changing economic world. The proximity to a SMEs Association allows the Board to have a systematic and assiduous contact with the companies reality, and thus permits to activate aimed paths, responding to the need of businesses.
Iscom is looking to take part in projects focussed on: energy, energy policies, information and participation for new energy policies, territorial and energy planning, adults' education and active citizenship on environmental issues, raising awareness of relevant stakeholders etc.
Iscom can a be partner or create opportunity of partnership with many schools, SMEs, trade unions etc.
