The Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds, UK, is looking to join a project consortium to offer its expertise in the factors necessary for successful policy transfer between local governments and businesses.
The Institute for Transport Studies has extensive research experience in energy and environmental policy and understands the types of technologies and approaches that the STEER call is looking at. The Institute sees its expertise in understanding institutional constraints and the key drivers for successful policy transfer as being critical to the success of consortia looking to bid.
