ISQ, Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade, Portugal, is looking for partners for an ALTENER project to study sustainability and competitiveness of biofuel supply chain, in order to remove barrier rehabilitating abandoned rural areas for energy farming and creating a new socio-economic model of development from green production to local energy based activity, including first and second generation of biofuels.
