Scottish Government Energy Division, UK, is looking for partners for an IEE ALTENER Project to address barriers to the development of renewable energy, specifically onshore and offshore wind generation, by developing good practice in reconciling objectives on renewable energy with wider environmental objectives. Activities will include comparitive research, case studies, identification of common issues and transferable practice, exchange of experience, good practice guide, transnational workshops and conference.
