The Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague proposes a new international standard for indoor climate evaluation allowing both energy conservation and increased comfort for people based on Weber-Fechner Law and comprehensive (including all indoor components,e.g. Hygrothermal, Air quality etc. in the same way) as it has been already successfully applied for thermal comfort in pr EN 4666:2009 Aerospace Series.
