Abstract
Initiated by an individual who wanted to equip himself with a wood chip boiler, the project progressively evolved under the significant assistance of the Basse-Normandie regional office (DR) of ADEME. It has finally allowed a group of local actors to discuss together ways to supply their new heating system efficiently and to equip themselves to a lowest cost.
