The Forestry Commission in the West Midlands region of the UK would like to find partners interested in establishing local producer groups on bioenergy such as through the diversification of farmers and foresters into bioenergy, providing them added value for their product. The Commission would like to explore approaches to stimulating the whole bioenergy supply chain within the region.
