Lock-In Energy (Regenera) proposes a project covering building refurbishment. The aim is to:
- Audit and refurbish community centre.
- Train volunteers in community centre to become "Energy Champions" for their neighbourhood to offer basic support.
- Develop educational/promotional campaign within the centre for energy saving and awareness.
- Follow up volunteers with fee-based energy audit and refurbishment support.
- Systematically cover area street by street - households, SMEs, community buildings.
