The Second Chance Association proposes this training project aimed at managers and workers in the sectors Environment and Energetic to help them put in practice the policy of the EU concerning the use of RET as basis for conservation and recovery of the environment. Specific products of the projects will be as follows.

1. Training multimedia product and video materials(interviews), that will describe the expertise of experts from different organizations in development, production and elimination of the barriers for mass application of RET. Such organizations are:

• Leading companies producers of equipment for RET
• Technological institutes working in the field of environment conservation through utilization of RET
• State authorities - environment-ministries, government agencies and etc.
• Third level environment organizations

2. Information leaflets that will outline structured knowledge for European initiatives for RET application, elimination of the barriers and reducing the costs and their contribution for enhanced competitive power and fostering the enterprise in the terms of growing competition because of the overall integration of the energy market.

3. Training guide - handbook containing:

• Purposive researches of the methods for adaptation of RET to the local conditions (market and technological) regarding the region of SMEs commercial interests
• Modules for assessment of risk and profitability
• Modules for financial assessment
• Module for creation of algorithm of the investment process of the production of energy with renewable energy resources
• FAQ
• Solutions and conclusions from the held discussions with the partners organizations

4. Partners web-sites with continually updated on-line information and pan-European and global accessibility

• monitoring of the price changes and costs for RET
• the conditions for credit in the sector of RET
• technologic news in the sector
• links to European funds for risk capital

5. Transnational interaction consists of:

• joint venture with sector organizations in the field of RET and environment conservation
• meetings between partners
• seminars with speakers from different countries for transfer of environment technologies adapted for the local conditions
• news groups with participants who work for reduction of the human influence on the climate changes.

Renewable energy technologies with proven profitability do exist and are produced by leading firms in Europe. But the managers and workers in sector Energetic and Environment do not apply them because they are lacking in knowledge and skills. The innovation in this project is the creation of didactic materials for adoption of RET and for facilitating the access to existing training tools for introduction and use of RET. The development of link between research organizations and industrial firms to share their expertise and disseminate the information in order to solve the problem with unavailability of technical and managerial competencies.
