Biogas Certificate System

ASEW indicates that the RECS (renewable Energy Certificate System) has been adopted by most of the countries in the EU. With the growth of biogas production it would be usefull to implement a certification structure that allows gas customers to buy a specific percentage of biogas. Before this is implementated it would be useful to develop a "biogas certificate system".
