Fundacion Investigacion E Innovacion Para El Desarrollo Social has a project based on the development of a demonstration facility based on the use of a wind turbine that can fulfill two functions:

• To generate electricity directly through the movement of the blades, which is transmitted directly to an alternator (the usual application of wind turbines).
• Secondly, to connect the movement of the blades of a turbine pump that drives water from a lower reservoir to another and thus have higher energy storage in the form of the potential energy of water in the reservoir.
