Sveriges Energi och Kylcentrum proposes "BlendHeat" an on-line training course promoting models for choosing, converting and installing more efficient energy systems and implementing them in buildings. Conversion of heat source in buildings is one of the key issues where rational use of energy can be implemented. In this project "blended learning" methods will be used as energy and heat, environmental and economic aspects are taught.

The BlendHeat project not only includes development of a course, it will also be tested, and promoted - first within the installation industry and later in Europe and world wide.

The unique selling points of the course will be carefully evaluated, then the course will be launched at meetings and fairs as well as electronically via e-mail, newsletters and on the project web site.

Partners in BlendHeat come from five different countries representing all aspects of the value chain; with four partners working for and on behalf of the installation industry.
