Energy efficient IEE projects

The Municipality of Kaunas District in Lithuania is looking for partners regarding the IEE projects. The main interests are in: buildings, public transport, especially cycling, urban/rural transport relations and also, any other ideas related to energy efficiency are welcome.
They are new to the IEE, so would prefere to join an already exciting project idea and collaborate with other partners.
