The primary objectives of the ENEFMUN project are to:

• develop the skills of the municipality energy managers to identify, design, develop and implement energy efficiency projects at the local level;
• assist participating municipalities in the identification, development and implementation of local and regional projects for energy efficiency;
• provide assistance to municipal authorities and national administrations to introduce economic, institutional and regulatory reforms needed to support the penetration of advanced technologies for the efficient use of energy through appropriately trained people.
